Fix Common Issues in Saner.AI

Issue 1: Tasks Are Not Showing Up

Try these steps in order:

1. Reload the app
   A quick refresh often fixes temporary sync issues.

2. Check filters and date ranges
   Make sure no filters, states, or date ranges are hiding your tasks.

3. Check your network connection
   If you’re offline or on an unstable connection, tasks won’t update.
   Reconnect to the internet and wait a few seconds for the app to sync.

Issue 2: Emojis Appear as Plain Text

1. Reload the app
   This refreshes how content is rendered.

2. Update your OS or browser
   Older operating systems or browsers may not support newer emojis properly.

Issue 3: The App Is Not Refreshing or Updating

1. Clear the app cache
   Cached data can sometimes block updates.

2. Restart the app completely
   Fully close the app, then reopen it to force a fresh reload.

Still Not Working?

If the issue persists after trying the steps above:

1. Reload the app once more to rule out a temporary glitch.

2. Try to log out, clear your browser cache, and then log back in

3. Report the issue using our Feedback Form or email us at contact@saner.ai.
