How to connect Gmails

Open the connector via the drop-down arrow in the Add button on the top left corner of the app

After selecting your Google account, you can control exactly which emails are synced using filters:

Choose the filters you want (labels, categories, date range, etc.).
Turn Auto-sync incoming emails ON if you want new emails to sync automatically as they arrive.
Save your settings.

Each field below controls what gets synced and how emails are grouped into notes.

Field	What it controls	Default	Example / When to use it
Group by	How emails are grouped into notes. Options: Per email, Daily, Weekly, Monthly.	Per email	Per email: Sync each email separately
Label	Sync only emails with specific Gmail labels. Only labels you created in Gmail appear here.	All	Sync only “Work” or “Clients” emails.
Important	Sync only emails marked as Important in Gmail.	All	Reduce noise by pulling only high-priority emails.
Category	Filter by Gmail categories (Primary, Social, Promotions, Updates, Forums).	All	Enable Primary only to avoid ads or marketing emails.
Status	Sync emails by read status: Read or Unread.	All	Sync only unread emails to process pending work.
Starred	Sync only emails you’ve starred in Gmail.	All	Useful for follow-ups or flagged messages.
Date range (From – To)	Limit syncing to a specific time period.	No limit	Sync only recent emails or back up a past project.

Auto Sync status	What happens
ON	New incoming emails continue to sync automatically. Existing synced emails are kept up to date.
OFF	Only emails within the selected date range are synced. No new emails are added. Useful for one-time imports or analysis.
