You can control what, when, and where you get notified in Saner.AI Notification settings. To access this, go to your profile, select Settings, and then choose "Notification Settings" or click directly to Notification Settings.

Here you can customize:

  • Notification Events: Choose what events to be notified from, like proactive messages, task reminders, or task due dates

  • Due Date Notification: Set how and at what time you want to be notified about each task due date

  • Device Notifications: Saner.AI can send push notifications on both the mobile app (iOS and Android) and the webpage. In this setting, you can decide whether you want to receive notifications on your desktop, mobile apps, or both.

Saving your preferences ensures you receive notifications that match your needs.
