The note editor in Saner.AI is flexible by design. It helps you capture ideas quickly, then organize them clearly when you’re ready.

You can open the formatting menu at any time by typing / on your keyboard. This shows all available formatting options, they are:

Organize your content

  • Headings to separate sections

  • Bullet lists and numbered lists

  • Divider lines to visually separate ideas

Create to-do items (tasks)

  • Create a to-do item directly inside a note

  • Tasks stay connected to the note

Add richer content

  • Tables for structured information

  • Images for screenshots or visual references

Text extraction (OCR)
Saner.ai can read text inside images:

  • Upload an image

  • Click the square icon at the bottom-left of the image

  • Text is automatically extracted and added to the note

Record voice notes

  • You can record audio directly inside a note

  • Upload MP3 files

  • Audio is automatically transcribed into text

Link related information

  • Link to other notes

  • This creates backlinks to keep related thoughts connected
