For each project, start by creating a dedicated project note.
If the project is large and includes many related notes, create a folder and keep all project notes inside it.

Inside the main project note, you can:

  • Add tasks and subtasks

  • Write background information and ongoing context

  • Keep everything related to the project in one place

This note becomes the single source of truth for the project.

Recommended workflow

1. Add or update project work

Whenever you need to add more context, tasks, or ideas, simply add them to the project note. Everything stays connected to the project.

2. Complete tasks easily

When a task is done, you can:

  • Open the note and mark the task as completed, or

  • Ask the AI to mark it as completed for you

  • Or go to the task view, find the task and mark it as completed

3. View all project tasks in one place

If you want a quick overview of all tasks related to the project:

  • Go to Task View

  • Click Filter in the top-right corner

  • Select the folder that contains your project notes

You’ll now see all tasks from notes in that folder, grouped into:

  • Overdue

  • Today

  • Later

4. Focus on specific projects

You can repeat this filtering process for any folder or project. This makes it easy to focus on one project at a time without distraction.

Why this works

This method gives you:

  • All project context and tasks in one system

  • A clear way to switch between detailed notes and a high-level task view

It also helps the AI understand your project better. Because tasks and context live together, the AI has the right information to take action—resulting in more accurate and relevant responses when you ask for help.
