Customize Visual Theme
This explains how to personalize your workspace by reordering or hiding sidebar sections and changing the visual theme.

You can customize your workspace through the Preferences panel for a more efficient and personalized experience. To access this, click on your profile icon in the top-left corner and select "Preferences”
In the Preferences panel, there are these options:
Adjust the overall appearance of the app.
Choose between Light mode or Dark Mode or other available themes to match your comfort.
Access via: Profile → Preferences → Theme.
Set the default folder for all your new notes (from Daily Notes, Unorganized Notes, Chrome extension, Mobile app, Chat, etc.).
Task location
Set the default folder for all your new tasks (from Add A Task, Unorganized tasks, Chat, etc., etc.).
Knowledge sidebar order
This setting lets you control how folders appear in the Knowledge sidebar. You can sort folders by:
Name (A–Z or Z–A)
Date modified (newest or oldest first)
Date created (newest or oldest first)
Time Zone
Select your current time zone.
This ensures notes, reminders, and events display correctly across the app.
Reorder sections: Drag and drop sidebar items to place your most-used tools at the top.
Hide or show sections: Toggle items on/off for a cleaner interface.
All changes are saved automatically and synced across devices.
