The Import feature lets you bring notes and pages from Notion into your Saner.AI workspace in just a few steps. This is useful if you want to move existing knowledge into Saner.AI without starting from scratch.
What you’ll need
A Notion account
Access to the Notion pages you want to import
Step 1: Connect your Notion account
Open the Import page by:
Clicking Add in the left sidebar, then selecting Import, or
Visiting this link directly: https://app.saner.ai/intent/import
Choose Notion as the import source.
You’ll be redirected to Notion’s permission screen.
Click Select pages, choose the pages you want to import, then click Allow access.
Saner.AI will only access the pages you explicitly select.
Step 2: Choose a destination folder
After the connection is successful, you’ll return to Saner.AI.
Click Select Folder.
Choose where the imported Notion pages should be saved.
Each selected Notion page will be imported as a note in your knowledge base.
Step 3: Import and review
Click Import to start the process.
When the import finishes, you’ll see a summary showing:

Any items that failed to import
Click a successful item to open it in Saner.AI, or click Done to finish.
Notes & tips
Large workspaces may take a few minutes to import.
If some pages fail, you can retry the import or check Notion permissions.
